- “Best Known as I’m Perfect” Imperfect is a true-to-life magazine with a blend of what makes us all different. Documenting the impact of the intimate worlds of fashion, photography, art, film, technology, spoken word, travel, food and love. Established in New York in 2008 by Edwin J. Nunez and Victor Butler, Imperfect was first manifested in the form of a page on their website. Originally entitled Imperfectly Perfect, the name changed to just imperfect later that year. It quickly became a success and built a significant fan base in the net. The duo are now redoing their website, putting Imperfect under the wing of Place Avision Inc. and looking forward to its publication in 2009. Place Avision sought to expand the company's ventures. Since then, the company has grown to become a multi-platform company, encompassing Imperfect Magazine, MCRS Clothing, House Of Macoris, Scorpion Films, web environments shopmcrs.com, placeavision.com, xilostech.com, regular art exhibits, and bimonthly fashion, film and music events.
